Refund Policy

Because meals are perishable, please contact us as soon as possible if something is wrong with your order.

If an item is missing, damaged, unsafe, or materially different from what was ordered, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund after reviewing the issue.

Fresh menu orders are prepared around weekly cut-off times. Cancellation requests after the order cut-off may not be refundable once ingredients and production have been committed.
